Definitions
Company: Developer Camp
Compliance Protocol: This document in its entirety, together with any future amendments, which collectively govern how Developer Camp and Partners and all Affiliates may communicate and market sales that generate $Developer distributions or secondary sales. Breach of the Compliance Protocol may result in (i) suspension or banishment from $Developer AutoBuy and/or (ii) forfeiture of $Developer Tokens.
Disallowed Statements: Any oral or written representation that (a) characterizes $Developer as an “investment,” “passive income stream,” or source of “ROI,” (b) predicts appreciation of the Token or suggests the Token will appreciate similarly to other valuable cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin, (c) emphasizes investment liquidity on exchanges or liquidity events, or (d) otherwise violates the express prohibitions in this Protocol.
$Developer Token or Token: a digital asset memecoin minted directly onto Solana pursuant to the terms of the Whitepaper and distributed according to a pre-set, hard coded smart contract pursuant to a consensus protocol.
Partner: an entity that has integrated into the AutoBuy Program to contribute $Developer through automatic charitable giving pursuant to the token’s pre-defined smart contract and Program parameters.
Speculative Asset: Given their volatile nature and dependence on publicity rather than fundamentals, Tokens are considered assets with speculative (as opposed to consumptive utility or fundamental economic asset) value.
